Meet Our Team
Lee Dietz, Agency Principal
Lee has been with Dietz & Bluett since it started in 2006, playing a key role in its growth. Six months later, Dave joined as a partner. As Agency Principal, Lee handles financial management, HR, and the personal lines department. He navigates the dynamic insurance landscape, keeping up with policy shifts and mitigating risks for clients.
Lee’s passion lies in interacting with employees and clients, finding joy in learning about their businesses and solving new challenges every day. He holds a BA in Economics from Millersville University and various insurance licenses. His career began as a commercial underwriter before moving into agency and sales roles.
Outside of work, Lee enjoys golf, fly fishing, hiking, and biking. He values family time with his wife Shelby, a personal fitness trainer, and their two sons, Logan, 21, an arborist, and Peyton, 17, who has completed his ASVAB for the military.
